When will Pre-order ship?
All pre-orders will stay open until the limit number of orders placed has been reached. After all orders have been received, we would no longer be accepting orders for this product & all pre-orders will be close until the next re-stock. Products will change for every new drop, so if you will like to get your hands on one of our pre-order items, I recommend doing so when the pre-orders is currently open. Since its very likely it will not be available in our next drop. This means pre-order has a turnaround of 2-4 weeks before shipping. Our apparel will ship after we receive the inventory from our manufacturer which can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. We further inspect manufacturer product, if it meets our standards we will start dispatching item the following day. This gives us more time to organize and pack a high value of orders. Our handmade products, such as, our Trippy Totes collection 🍄 & Beanies are made to order which can takes approximately 7-14 days (depending on items) to process before shipping.

All in-stock SWC hoodies will be move to our in-stock website when we do relaunch again, without having to wait 3-4 weeks period. Orders placed in the in- stock website will ship out every following Monday morning (this is just a estimate can be ship out 2-3 days after order placed) Any order placed before 12pm Monday morning will ship out the same day. How will I know when my order ships?
You will get an email confirmation with shipping information which you can use to track your orders. This confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided to us during checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We ship order to any PO Box’s thru USPS.
Do you ship Via UPS and ship international?
YES! We do ship with UPS and also ship international with both USPS and UPS
All our packages when ship include $100 of insurance from UPS and USPS for free and depending on amount purchase require adult Signature when deliver.
