Refund Policy

All pre-orders sales are final. We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped which is very unlikely since we package the product ourselves. In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of the Delivery date. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc) is not available, we will refund the full retail price. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your refund/exchange. Xhaoz Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 REFUNDS 

We'll process your Refund as soon as we receive your email with information requested above. All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Depending on the bank’s policy it can take up to 7 business days if in the U.S. and 14 business days if international, from the date of the order Email receive. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage. Shipping surcharges are not refundable at this time.
